Medii ceramice pentru masini de finisat cu vibratii

Mediile ceramice sunt recomandate pentru indepartarea bavurii, rotunjirea muchiilor, superfinisare si indepartarea rapida a liniilor de lustruire de pe componente realizate din materiale mai dure. Mediile cu actiuni mai rapide sunt proiectate sa fie mai moi, pentru expunerea continua a suprafetelor de taiere proaspete. Mediile de lustruire sunt mai dure, dar nu conțin niciun abraziv si sunt utilizate pentru superfinisare. In general, cu cat este mai inceata taietura, cu atat sunt mai dure mediile.

Formulate special pentru corelarea cu compusii nostri, mediile noastre ceramice sunt recomandate la prelucrarea pieselor fabricate din materiale mai dure, la o varietate de grade de abraziune, incepand de la usor abrazive pana la superfinisaje, beneficiind de rezistenta inalta si durabilitate.
